THE
SYSTEM "DIPOLE"
The System designated purpose - inhibition the HIV reproduction and opportunist of infections.
The system "Dipole" is based on the
achievements of physics in the last decade and belongs to the physics of
entangled quantum states.
The system includes:
the
translation block spin states, chip-compiler, chip-inductor, reservoir with water. The translation block transmits
the spin coherent state of water at a distance via the chip-translator. The
chip-inductor fastened on the water reservoir (5- 10 liters) receives this state
and transforms the water in the reservoir into the same coherent state (such
water is given the term Dipole). And the frequency of the coherent state of
water is selected in such away as to be selective for the intermediate HIV
proteins only (for example, the protein removing the effect of the negative
translation regulators, situated on the RNA, coding structural proteins (gag
and eny).
The
AIDS patient takes 150 ml of the coherent water (Dipole) in the morning and in
the evening for 40 minutes before meal. After taking the water, the water of the
patient's body also passes into the spin coherent state (a synchronization
effect) .This state is kept during 2–3 minutes, and then a slow spin
relaxation begins.
In
the development basis of HIV infections in the cell structures of an organism
there lay biochemical reactions, which activity is regulated not only be
ferments, but also by the spin state of the reagents.
It is known from the spin chemistry that if in a
chemical reaction colliding molecules have antiparallel spins (singlet state), a
formation of the chemical bond takes place. If interacting molecules have
parallel spins (triplet state), then the molecule can be formed in a triplet,
excited state only. As such states usually lie high in energy, in overwhelming
majority of cases chemical reactions in a triplet pair are impossible.
It
is also known that chemical reactions are controlled by two fundamental factors
– energy and spin. And the interdiction of chemical reactions in spin is
insuperable.
According
to the Wigner rule, the statistic weight of meetings of two molecules in a
singlet state is 1/4, and the statistic weight of meetings in a triplet state is
3/4. In overwhelming majority of cases the basic state of products of a chemical
reaction is singlet, and therefore one must expect that but a quarter of
meetings of the reacting molecules can give the reaction product.
Now
let us return to the spin relaxation of water in a patient's body. Such
relaxation essentially affects the processes of spin exchange of the reacting
molecules in chemical reactions. This effect occurs for two reasons. Firstly,
the spin reorientation of one of the molecules, related to the relaxation,
changes repeatedly during the collision, consequently changes in space and the
direction of axis, round which the spin of the second molecule is processing.
Secondly, the execution of the Z-projection of the summary spin of colliding
partners is not any longer the integral of the movement, therefore the spin
state of the partners during collision can change arbitrarily. In the result of
the relaxation singlet pairs recombine into triplet ones, arid the efficacy of
the chemical reaction may lower 10-100 times. This has been splendidly confirmed
in the laboratory tests in vitro.
The spin relaxation changes inhibited the HIV reproduction in cellular cultures
COS to 1.6 lgID50, which had an effect both on the expression
inhibition of the antigen p24 HIV-1, and on the reduction of the inhibition
titre to 1.6 lgID50. Inhibited reproduction of a virus vesicle
stomatite and herpes in cellular
cultures L41 to 1.5 lgID50. The exited activity interferon – 168
un.act./ml.
The
most important problem in AIDS treatment is the HIV inactivation.
It
is known that the HIV genome, taking certain positions in the three-dimensional
space of the chromosomes of master cells, does not till a certain moment show
itself as pathogenic factor. In this sense the behavior of HIV in the body of an
infected person is unpredictable. The HIV incubation period could vary from a
week to 10 years. The body and cells "do not notice" them, or even, as
in the case of oncogenes, use them for good purposes as factors of growth. Why
are they perceived adequately by the body before "X" time, and why do
they regenerate semantically calling a control catastrophe in cells after
"X" time?
It
is considered that there is a certain mechanism of inducing the HIV infection
from a latent "sleeping" state. Non-specific reactions of a cellular
stress, accompanied by a synthesis of heat shock proteins, could be considered
as one of such principal mechanisms. It was shown convincingly that a heat shock
and some chemical inductors of a cellular stress, leading to an urgent synthesis
of stress proteins, activate sharply the expression of long end HIV repetitions
in the cellular culture. Moreover, the HIV LTR zone, which binds the DNA
identifying proteins, turns out to be homologous to a corresponding zone in the
composition of genes of the heat shock proteins synthesis. This indicates to a
clear interrelation between the expression of the genetic elements of retrovirus
(retrotranspozone?) and a cellular stress.
The
HIV activation by a cellular stress could be explained by the passage of its
genome from one surface of potential energy to another, which brings to a change
in the spin state of its molecular structure, a growth of the quantity of
singlet states of radical pairs and an initiation of a reaction of stress
proteins synthesis. Such reaction, as a rule, proceeds non-activationally, that
is the activation energy of the reaction is near zero. The forming molecule is
in a basic electronic state. The reaction proceeds quickly and effectively, if
the molecule has a possibility to give the energy, released by the bond
formation, to other particles or to redistribute it among many vibration modes.
As
already indicated, the spin relaxation of human organism leads to a spin states
conversion from singlet to triplet ones, which provides also a braking of the
stress proteins synthesis reaction. The same relaxation leads to a removal of
the cellular stress (energetic discharging) and a prevention of HIV activation.
Offered circuit of treatment AIDS and opportunist of
infections:
The
AIDS treatment procedure is universal.
The
patient daily carries out reception 150 ml coherent of water in the morning and
evening 40 minutes prior to meal. The reception of water is made in two
receptions: at first is drunk 100 ml, and then, in 3 minutes, others 50 ml.
Along with taking the coherent water (Dipole) it is necessary to take medicines
restoring the immunity functions disturbed by the AIDS.
The
duration of treatment can make 1-3 months and depends both on virus loading HIV,
and from opportunist of infections and tumours.
